Rehoboth Elementary School, a 2021 National Blue Ribbon School, has a distinguished reputation for not only academic excellence, but also its social emotional connections with students and families. The school is purposeful in creating a school success plan that meets the needs of the students and staff. The faculty's fidelity to high-quality curriculum and deliberate planning for whole and small group engaging instruction have consistently earned the school numerous recognition awards including the 2019 National ESEA Distinguished and Recognition School.

Every morning the entire school recites a promise to be respectful, responsible, safe, and to show excellence in all endeavors throughout the day. Academic, social, and personal goal-setting help students focus and understand that each day is a new day to be a better student and person. The staff devotes time for daily character development and school-wide student recognition supports. Student participation in a rigorous Related Arts rotation allows for exploration of the development of creative and critical thinking via technology, an appreciation of the arts, a love of books, and physical wellness.

Historically, there has been a very supportive parent-teacher organization that has assisted with cultural, academic, and social opportunities for all students and needs for staff. The school also partners with outside agencies for in-school services to support the behavioral and emotional needs of students. The staff is intentional in providing opportunities for student leadership advocacy which has resulted in recognition for local environmental projects that impacted the community.
